    I am having my Saving a/c no 085010100036403 in Axis Bank phase 7 mohali SAS nagar .I am facing poor service from this branch .Following problems I am facing

    1. In my net banking account there is spelling mistake in my Surname inspite of request given in branch office on 22/02/2011 no action taken by them till date also I register my complaint at costomer care with complaint no 4798117 even then no action done.
    2. I got SMS from your branch about my cheque unpaid but no clarification given by bank persons as they just transfering call from one to another and wasted my 15 minutes without any result .Also I approch Mr Vikas Puri but he gave unsatisfactory answer to my questions
    Pl tell how I come out of this problem if Branch Manager is behaving in poor manner.

    Pl help ???????

    Hyderabad.My Account No. is 910010023223986. I am also having
    registered with Net banking, but from last 2 days I am unable to Logon
    my on-line banking. As I am entering the CustomerID as login ID &
    entering the regular password message comming is ” Invalid
    Credintials”.
    Then I tried to click Forgot pass word—- Then system asks to enter
    Login ID—- I entered the customer ID as login ID—- message
    comming—- “This user ID is Disabled”.
    Kindly provide the solution for the same. to asses my on line account.

    i have given cash of 80000/- rs to bank cashier of axis bank at kalyan to deposit in the account name of rama infotech a/c no is 910020046660402 o date 11/04/2011 time 2.25pm. when he counted the cash and immediately he says it not 80000/- its only 75000/- when i was depositing the cash the counter is so high that i cant see the cashier what he is doing and he has taken the chance his name is yogesh ambaselkar and the branch manager name is sameer parab when i have ask for the cc camera footage the camera is set up in the way like that only the customer can view in the camera what the cashier is doing the camera cant take the footage and for this the cashier has taken the chance. at last he told me that he will tally the cash but i could not get the cash. my phone no is 09172408043 satish shinde pl take the action on the fraud officers so that any another customer will not suffer and call me immediately in the bank i stays near only

    Subject:-Complaint against Axis Bank, Asset Sales Centre, Ghaziabad for wrongfully charging 4.25 lacs to my home loan account NO. PHR063600379939C
    Dear Sir,

    I want to submit before you that I applied for a home loan to Axis Bank, Ghaziabad Branch considering good interest rates and transparency. The property was Amrapali Heart Beat City-I, Sector-107, Noida and I was sanctioned a loan of Rs 45 lacs. In this duration 100s of papers were signed by me telling me that these are all formalities and are needed.

    However when the first disbursement was made then I came to know that the total sanctioned amount is Rs. 49.25 lacs. When I enquired I was told that the balance 4.25 lacs is the amount of insurance policy that the bank has paid to the Max New York company for a full cover of 49 lacs for me and my wife for a full tenure of 25 years in single shot.
    This was never told to me clearly and I cannot bear such a loss. The purpose of bank was to earn unlawful commission from insurance agency at our cost. Also the cost of insurance is much higher than the prevailing market rates. I and my family feels cheated by this unscrupulous activity and seek you help to save our hard earned money.
    As nobody in the bank replies properly and only assures that the insurance will be returned if loan is prepaid . this is only a way of fooling customers. The bank has not only disbursed 4.25 wrongly but also charging interest on the same.

    It is, therefore, requested kindly do something in this matter so that my loan amount is reduced back to 45 lakhs. Also please the interest charged on this insurance amount should also be waived off.

    Few days back, I was trying pay my credit card bill online. The transaction was not successful but the amount of the bill was deducted form my account. I called up the customer service people. They kept on transferring my call from one department to another. Every department said it is the work of the other department. But finally my complaint was registered. The customer service people assured me that the said amount will be refunded to my account within 2 working days. After 2 days, I again checked my balance, it was still the same. I again called up the customer service people, they told me to wait for 1 more day. After one day, I checked my account but the amount was not yet credited. This really got on my nerves. I again called them up and this time the person to whom I was talking to said that the previous two gave me a false information regarding refund of money and that the complaint will be considered after 2 working days…
    Will it possible to report this issue to the higher officials??

As you are converted my amount as a emi basis, iam paying every month regularly with interest and you are charging extra amount which is not the correct thing, you should not do like this.

    Axis bank keeps messaging me that they have launched a mobile bank application which is available on app store for iphone and play store for android systems. I have tried both but the app is not available. Hdfc bank is the only with a mobile banking app.

      The app is available you can download… The funny thing is it will ask you to register all billers again and activate your account… But the activation never happens… Worse if the app does not work – we dont know where to approach or whom to write to !!
      Sam pitroda’s IT company has designed the mobile app for axis bank – so you can imagine the quality !!

    Unsatisfied from Banking services

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I Bijender Kumar, Residing at VPO-Kahni, 7 1/2, Distt. & Tehsil Rohatak, Haryana.

    I have an account with Axis Bank’s SB Account with A/c No.- 910010009445292 in Rohtak Branch. I try to withdrawal some amount on 15-APRIL-2012 from my nearest ATM of PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK. I processed all stages to withdrawal for Rs. 5500/-. But at last stage the ATM machine was hanged up and no cash received. I wait there for half an hour but nothing was happening with the ATM machine.

    I have given application to Axis Bank Rohtak Branch, and they assure me that amount will credited 10 to 15 days period.
    But I haven’t received any amount in my account. PNB officers are saying that amount was withdrawal from the ATM machine.

    Sir I am in private service and haven’t have much salary as I left this amount. this amount is more helpful for me.

    Please help me (as I have heard about consumer court is helpful and give justice)

    My name is Samer Chand having savings account in Axis Bank from last 5 years.

    Axis Bank Branch Add -Plot NO -5 Vikas Surya Plaza, Community Centre DC Chowk
    Sector – 9, Rohini New Delhi -110085

    My complaint is the detect my 2250+278 = Rs.2528/- on date 23-06-2012.

    Then i go to the branch to know about the problem and they are asking me these charges are for Non Maintenance Balance but according to RBI Rules and any other bank charges are @Rs.750/- for 3 months but Axis Bank deduct my Rs. 2528/- its completely fraud they are doing kindly help me in this matter i am extremely upset regarding this problem.

    Also my savings account minimum balance was Rs.5000/- but now after 5 years without any information they convert it to in Rs.10000/-
    Now i am feeling helpless because my 3 EMI are going through my axis Bank Account every month kindly suggest me wt to do i am feeling helpless now.

    Kindly give me the suggestion how can i fight this critical situation

    After going through these complaints, I believe, I took the right decision of Not Opening SB A/c with Axis Bank. I submitted the documents for opening Account. To my surprise, according to them, the Address on the ID Card (Issued by Govt) is not acceptable as Address Proof.
    This Illogical approach made me to Not Open Account, otherwise I too would have become one among those sffer.

    I am the customer of your bank from last 11 years.

    I had opened my student saving account in your bank with Rs500/- min balance and I was using it with my tharow interest. But from last 2-3 year, due to being out of city and not visiting the city I couldn’t access my account too much but still there was enough balance to keep the account active.

    Now the concern is that, the Bank has changed my Student account to the General Account with min balance of Rs5000/- without sending me prior notice through any means (Post/email/phone).
    Also, Bank has debited Approx Rs10,000/-from last 2 years with due reason of not maintaining the minimum balance , which is absolutely incorrect. So I, am requesting you to please revert the deductions made on my account and Waive Off all the charges (Service tax/Consolidated Charges for A/c/ etc), so that I would love to use the account in future.

    These all docs were submitted and signed as I was in a very much need of money.

    Also Rs. 110 were given for sign Scanning.

    After a week Gopal told to provide company original HR letter as employee of the company with address.

    On 2nd Rakshabandan day Team leader Summit ( 9890873679 )told to submit the original letter to there Manager Mr ; Milind ( 9766201115) at Bhandarkar Road office.

    I have almost 3 to 4 visit at your office for the formalities to be completed.

    Now on 8 Aug it has been informed that your all Documents has been misplaced from our side and resubmit the docs.

    I was shoked to know the same from Gopal and he told me to call his manager Mr Sumit,

    I Called Mr Sumit, he told he is in meeting and will be calling me on Friday 8, whole day no call.

    On Saturtday call connected he told he was on leave for 15 days and not to be known for such matter and requested to Speck Milind.

    Milind confirm me to call on Monday after confirmation from his Seniors.

    No Call on Monday 13 Aug

    On Tuesday 14 I had tried 5 times to Milind not responded, finally in the evening call was connected and he told that I will soon provide a Solution to This.

    I don’t understand do your employees don’t have any personal or moral responsibility to call a customer.

    Still I am been informed that we are in process to do some thing

    Please confirm me the below points.

    Responsible person for the misused of my Documents.

    Loan Status

    Charges been levied for the communication and mental harassment been given by your employee.

    Return of Documents if not sanctioning the loan ASAP.

    I am having Saving Account with Axis Bank Ambala Cantt Branch, A/c No.
    You are illigally charged cheque Bounce charges from my sb account 393.00 Rs. 2 time, against the reason of signature missmatch, there is no clause in the banking to charge against the reason of cheque bounce due to signature missmatch.
    I have given few cheques to the X company under EMI, but before the time completion of EMI, i have setteled down the dues. by mistakely still they are present the cheques into my saving account, due to that reason, i have changed the signature into my Saving account on 26/7/2012, but after changed my signature, Your bank has charged 393.00 Rs. on 5/8/2012 & 5/9/2012, 2 times.
    When my signature is changed before the present chequeinto my saving account, then how could you charged 786.00 Rs. from my Saving Account. You have to mark reason first signature missmatch in the place of fund unsufficent.

    I hope you consider my request application on highly priority & refund my 786 Rs. into my same account no.

    1st of all, Im not getting proper responses on phone.

    2nd, I have paid full credit card bill still its showing me outstanding amount. I have used approximately 5,000 from my credit card. While paying up bill, it showed me 2000 as outstanding bal, still I paid 5,000 as I was aware abut shopping. Now again, its showing me 3,000 as outstanding amount even thought I have paid.

    My name is Satish, my brother raised request for cheque book from his AXIS Bank account, but the checque book is not yet received till 15 days, afterwards, we called customer care, they are telling they dont what is the status but it may come after a week, We have contacted AXISBANK Marthahalli branch manager, but the manager says its only between you and help desk i cant involve in that. As we heard there is option for giving temporary cheque in case of emergency, but they are not even giving that as well. We would like to complaint against AXIS BANK about this and also would like to publish in News Paper.

Horrible experience…… So frustrated … They debit EMI s twice per month instead of once and expect us to go to the bank n reclaim it…… Besides they have no co ordination between their own service centres…. One from TN says payment not done one from Hariiyana says…..go to the bank n reclaim…..n one from Mars says wats the problem…… NEVER OPT FOR AXIS BANK…. They just keep withdrawing from your account whenever they see there is some…

Also I have filled out Customer Request Form lots of times but seems like there is no one to listen.     This is in regarding to the subject matter, I have given a cheque book requisition on 13th March, 2013 to your Asansol Branch (Address: PURBASHA BANQUET HALL, APURBA COMPLEX, APCAR GARDEN, SEN RALEIGH ROAD, ASANSOL 713 304, West) and It was assured by the bank personnel that I would receive the cheque book to my current communication address (as per bank record) within 07 working days.

    But with very regret I am writing this mail that it has almost 25 days gone, still I haven’t received any cheque book.

    I asked Asansol branch, they said it would come to my Home branch (Rama Trade Centre, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh) only. So they could not give any information, I have to contact to Bilaspur Branch.

    As per customer care (Mumbai) it was delivered on 22nd March at Bilaspur Branch and since then it was there, neither it was sent to my current communication address nor no body called me from the branch.

    I contacted customer care (Mumbai) thrice; every time they took a simple complain to just make over their duty (like mobile operators normally does) & every time it was confirmed by them, I would receive it within 4 working days. Yesterday (8/4/13) also I called customer care (Mumbai) to ask about the previous complain status, one lady (Name-Deborshi Nadh) after taking all the required information, finally said she has to take another complain??? I didn’t lodge any further fucking complain.

    Now my question is why the cheque book was not sent to my current communication address? Why it was kept hold in Bilaspur branch without giving any information.
    After many chase up, last Friday (5/4/13), it was sent from Bilaspur branch by Ondot courier & when I asked for the Docket Number, a wrong POD number was given to me. I tried to track, but every time it was showing that POD number/shipment does not exist.

    This is for your information & further action please.

    HI Team,
    When I was looking for loan of Rs 4lakh then i got a call from
    axis bank executive that you will come under Class A customer
    and you
    will get a Loan with 14.5% Rate of Interest and 1 % processing
    fee.
    But after signing the agreement(Document sent to me was blank
    at the
    time me signing) i got to know that Rate of interest charged to
    me is
    15% and processing charges as 2%.
    Then After knowing this misleading fact i called those
    executives andtold this issue. They were so rude to me at that time and they
    promisedthat you will the cashback of 1% from us i.e. Rs4000.
    Since then i called them about 1000 times but they were keep
    ignoring
    my plea and calls.

    Even i have a mail from them in order to justify my point.

    I hereby request the axis bank to take stringent actions
    against them and sack those executives.

    If no actions has been taken from your side then i will file a
    Consumer complaint legally and come with facts which will tarnish the
    image of AXIS bank as a whole.

    I have received my statement of accounts and after checking the statement of our loan account No pHR005600367110 from 1-04-2012 to 21-03-2013, two entries for Rs 367110 dated 01-02-2013 and for Rs. 278388 dated 14-02-2013 do not belong to us. These amounts have never been demanded by our builders, nor payment received by them. Axis bank which has been fined 5 crore recently for money laundering continues to indulge in malpractices like generating fake disbursements and then using them to inflate the loans without permission, I had taken a loan of 20 lacs and axis bank has illegally inflated it to 22,78,388, when i confronted them they continue to deny and refuse to fix it. I would like to know how to prosecute them. I am in the process of filing a complaint to economic offences wing and any help would be great,.

    Many workers of my company complained that Rs.168.54 has been deducted from their account as dr.charges but when axis bank officers gave demo before getting the contrct from our company to open all workers accountit has been promised zero balance no deduction charges will be applied.Hence advise us why you are deduction the amount and procedure to refund.It is causing major dissatisfaction among the workers.

    I am Dr.Murli Mohan Bhadoria, working at position of DY CMO Meerut, U.P.. H/O Mrs. Nidhi Bhadoria working in Government Inter College, Badalpur (G. B. Nagar, NOIDA U.P.) as Assistant Teacher. Both are government employees.

    When H.P.D.A. government authority allotted a PLOT to us at Hapur. We took a LOAN from AXIS BANK INDRAPURAM, GHAZIABAD. Indrapuram Branch Loan Ac. No. is PH6360100189464. I am regularly depositing LOAN EMI at HAPUR AXIS BANK. But Hapur AXIS BANK forcefully made me to deposit regular EMI at INDRAPURAM Branch Acc. No. is 126010200029032 instead of Indrapuram Branch Loan Ac. No. is PH6360100189464.

    After that RECOVERY AGENTS called me from DEHRADUN and DELHI, telling me that my LOAN RECOVERY BALANCE is PENDING. But actual fact is I dont have any LOAN RECOVERY BALANCE is PENDING.

    Kindly, have a look on my complain and please take it seriously. I am hoping that you will do justice with me. Otherwise, I will complain to Reserve Bank of India (R.B.I.) and other respective authority. I will also take other legal actions.

    Please, 1. make available my all Loan Account Details

    2. Give me a unique Loan Account number for depositing EMI from anywhere in India.

    3. I also want SMS Alerts on my numbers.
