    Today on 11/01/11 I attempted to withdraw cash amount of Rs 10,000/- from ICICI Bank Account through BOB ATM, though the transaction showed declined in SEQ NO:9592 but the amount has been deducted from my ICICI bank account as per SEQ NO:9593. Following are the details for reference:-

    My ATM/Debit card had expited in Nov/2010 . I inquired somany time in bank by phone but they always said write down ur phone number . we will inform you.
    when i personally visited bank on 07.01.2010 . they said you card is not renewed so you fill one form. then we will send you. i said ok. but at that time Mr. Pandy’s behivour is very rude and he dont agree to check the mater also.
    they should have inform me abut renew card matter on phone only. but they didnt. i m service man. i had to take lever from my office.

    i didnt ever expect this from bank. i had never any issue with bank in past.

    A/C – 27820100007850 – Miss. Swati Jaywant Shetty
    I have found that the amount present in my account has got deducted on several times.
    The account named with Vijaya Jaywant Shetty, has a total deduction of 4000/-(20/12/2011),1000/-(29/09/2011)
    And, the account named Swati Jaywant Shetty, has total deduction of 400/-(21/07/2011) and 100/- (02/11/2012)
    I have raised this concern to local branch manager, but I really cannot have see any action taken by Manager.

    we have requested in written to issue cheque book to palej branch on 21/01/2012 but still on date to day i.e. on 21/02/2012 even after one month we have not received our cheque book for using the same. concerned branch has answered on phone that you will receive the same at your address as per account as it has been posted already at your address. we have not received, and what we have to do, please email me.

    BANK OF BARODA IN KARNATAKA BANGALORE, CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS BY GRANT SITE PURCHASE LOANS AND HARASSING CUSTOMERS BY CHARGING COMMERCIAL RATE OF INTEREST. AND THE BRANCH MANAGER’S ATTITUDE IS VERY RUDE..
    WHEN WE ASK FOR COMMERCIAL RATE THE MANAGER TELLS – IF U DISPUTE YOU GO TO COURT, FOR US NOTHING HAPPENS IF COURT FAVORS WE DON’T LOOSE ANYTHING WE CHARGE TO BANK.
    ITS REALLY WORST BEHAVIOR.

    I m Inderpal singh from Ambala cantt, yesterday I had withdrawn cash amount of Rs2800/- from the ATM of Punjab national bank situated at metro station of Ramesh nagar Delhi.     I was debited an amount 60000/- from HDFC ATM located @ yavatmal as on 22-Nov-12 on time 3:13:56 PM. But due to some technical issue was not came out from ATM machine and when I was asked with HDFC bank then they where told us that to contact with Bank of Baroda. Also they had told that if your transaction was not proceed successfully then debited amount will be refund within 4-5 working days.

    Dear Sir,
    I hold a saving account (A/c No.: 40290100000406) with Bank of Baroda Ulhasnagar Sector 3 branch (Branch Code: 4029). I have made these two iBanking NEFT transactions, viz, one on 02-Dec-2012 (Reference No. 5226285) and the other at 02-Jan-2013 (Reference No. 5489491) during late evening hours. According to the message displayed, the said NEFT transactions were to be processed on next day, i.e. working hours of 3rd December 2012 and 3rd January 2013 respectively. But, this not happened. Also, I tried many consecutive calls to your customer care toll free number viz, 1800223344 for the same query. All of the calls were answered in the same manner as below,
    1. Your NEFT transaction will be successful within 24-72 hours.
    2. We are not getting your voice clearly.
    3. Due to some technical problems, we are unable to look into your account. Please call us after some time.
    4. You might not be holding sufficient balance in your saving account.
    5. You please contact your base branch for details of transaction failure.
    6. No such transactions are seen to be scheduled on your account.
    7. Etc.
    First of all, I request you to suggest me the concrete reason of transaction failure towards your side. And after the satisfactory reply of the above mentioned query, I would like to ask why do the Bank of Baroda Customer Care Executives treat their needy customers in such a way? Also, the IVR machine is malfunctioning every time when we go to generate our own T-pin after conversation with the customer care executive from our registered mobile number.

    Hi my name is mukesh kumar sharma and I am a regular customer of BOB station road Jaipur branch from last 8 years. In my whole life i didn’t seen this type of worst service just like BOB. In every time when i goes in bob branch no response. 5 months ago i replied for ibanking service and i got user id and password after 45 days. It’s was really amazing ! Leave it ! When i try to login they disabled my password 5 times and after 4 or 5 days i got it. It was really Superb ! After getting this my feelings were like governor of RBI and why not? I have got it after a painful time. And same today above today when i try to fund transfer they disabled my transaction password and when i contact with cust. care they are saying apply for a new password and you will get it after 10 days. If you have any suggestion please tell me what to do. My details are below…

    We are a corporate customer dealing with your Deira Branch (U.A.E). As a busy business entity the frequency of internal transactions are more. But the bank employees are least cooperative and while talking to them over the phone, they just transmitting a negative vibs by saying silly excuses. For instance we have requested an internal transfer (both by fax +971 4 2298518 from +971 9 2282220 and email update in the online portal) on 15th August 2013. I tried almost all the extensions available related with remittance. No body was there to attend the call. Then I called on 15th Aug 2013 (ext. 218). But was informed that they did not receive any fax.(It is unlikely that a bank staying with a faulty fax machine). I resent the same fax and called again. Still they said they did not receive the fax and at the same time I have successful transmission report from my machine. Since there were outward clearing cheques awaited, this transfer was crucial for us. From the day one we started our business with this branch the attitude of the staff members (especially lady staff) are so arrogant and bureaucratic.

    Somebody responsible are requested to look into the matter.
