I have registered the complaint for ‘n’ no, of times. My complaint n. was 8405910453. It was never expected from such a big company. This type of attitude has warned me for bot to purchase any Samsung product in future.

    We purchased a microwave oven in Aug 2010 from Tulsi Mall, Coonoor. Despite assurances from the retailer & service agent , even the customary demo by a rep of the Company and repeated reminders over four months ,the rep simply refuses to show up. It simply appears to be a shoddy managament on behalf of Samsung company, which I obviously will start publicising soon if our complaint is not addressed.

    My microwave has not been working for the last four months i.e from Oct’2010, and I lodged complaint on 15.10.2010, on toll free number ,compllaint No. 8417650549. The local service centre ( at VIzag) personnel attended , but said that the operating panel board is defective and is to be replaced. But till now nothing happened , whenever I call them , they are saying order is placed . I do not know how long it will take to the reach new panel to the service centre.

    Seeing this I could able to conclud that it doesn’t matter whether it is private or govt. , what all it matters is the mentality of the people . Afterall we are indians., this is Indian SAMSUNG.

    I have completed all formalties to buy Samsung Microwave Oven 28 Ltr through CSD Ahmedabad and deposited full amount. I handed over purchase order (Official receipt No 45386) to CSD samsung dealer (M/s Saffron Tradelink, 560, Camp Sadar Bazar, New Airport Road Ahmedabad) on 08 Feb 11. On completion of some formalities dealer assured me within a week item will be delivered. On completion of week item not delivered. Then, I approached telephonically to dealer (Prakash Patel). He told me due to some financial problem item could not be delivered now. Again he assured me within next week item will be delivered. Today (18 Feb 11) evening, I approach Mr Prakash Patel (dealer) for my item, again he is telling ‘sorry, due to financial problem your item will be delivered in Mar 11.

    2. In view of the above I am requesting you please instruct CSD dealer (M/s Saffron Tradelink, 560, Camp Sadar Bazar, New Airport Road Ahmedabad) to deliver my Microwave Oven immediately.

    I am from Bhubaneswar, Odisha.,India. I purchased a microwoven in the year 2004. The model No. is C103FL and Sl. No. is .01657DBX80026901.The problem is that the switches on the panel are not working and therefore the mirowoven is not working. I gave complain in customer care ( the last comlain no. is 8426895864 ) 15 days back.But sofar my problem has not been redressed. Will you please take initiative to look in the matter on urgent basis & solve the problem .

    Unfortunately I had bought a Samsung Microwave in 2008 as after two years the panel was defective and it was changed in 2010 after a whole lot of complaints and phone calls to the service centre
    Now again the same panel is defective and since the last week have not been able to get it rectified due to poor service of call centre and the field guy. Whenever we call they say that the panel has not yet come. I dont know what are they upto. I had bought a Panasonic Micro around 15 years back and that did not give me an trouble at all
    I am a regular customer of Samsung. If you check my records you can see I have Samsung LCD tv’s, a Samsung fridge and Samsung AC but service is really hopeless for an of these products
    Last time I am buying any of your products and spare parts are of inferior quality and service provided is worst of all.i think better you come and take this Micro so I can buy another one of a different brand so that it will work properly
    I am most disgusted with Samsung

    I have been using Samsung Make Microwave Oven [M1739] for past ~9 years & now facing problem in it.

    I submitted my Complaint# 84 45 955 727 at Service Center & I was promised to deliver the services as soon as possible.

    I’m waiting for your support / Service Engineer’s visit for past 3 days.

    Please look into the matter on priority to resolve this issue by sending your competitive Service Engineer against this complaint.

    I am struggling with your officials since September 2, 2012. My microwave is not working and your executives are not able to rectify this issue since then.

    They have visited 4-5 times to fix the problem but every time they came up with the same wrong component.

    This is my last escalation to your office after which if my complaint is not resolved I will be bound to take legal initiatives and I will also go to Samsung Ombudsman.

    I hope you get this matter sorted as soon as possible
