    I satish Kumar Sharma Propertor Gwalior Tanker and Transport. Bajal Kothi Pritvi Raj Road MORAR GWALIOR.opened a current ac.2897201010160 on 16.05.2011 by deposting Rs. 6000/- (The ac number was not given when opening the above ac.but a receipt for deposit was given) again 0n 30.11.2011 I deposited Rs. 5000/- in my above ac and got a receipt with ac number.

    On 01.12.2011 I noticed a deduction of Rs. 75.00 and Rs.133.00 and 1200.00 deducted from my ac.

    I was informed about the deductions, Rs.75/- for cheques and Rs.133,00 and Rs.1200.00 for not maintaining the Mimimum balance of Rs. 5000.00 in my ac.

    I showed my deposit slips of Rs. 6000.00 and Rs. 5000.00 and proved that my balance was never lesser than the mimnimum required.

    The manager when contacted enquired and informed that Rs. 6000.00 deposited by me on 16.05 2011 when opening the ac is not showing as credited to my ac and he rectified the the banks mistake and credited the amount when I filed a writen complaint.

    On 28.03 2012 The initial deposit of Rs. 6000.00 was credited to my ac.

    But he did not reverse the entery of Rs.1333/- deducted for not maintaining min.balance.

    His reply to my complint was he cant do any thing now once the deduction has been made and I may close my ac with the bank.

    It is very rude reply of you senior person of the public servant of your bank

    MY complint is that the deduction has been made even when my balance was over the limit of min balance amount due to bankers staff mistake. and I have lost the interest which I could get by making a deposit.

    Please let me know what action you can take. I want the deduction made to be reversed and this amount credited without question and interest be paid considering it a fixed deposit for this period.

    I am sanjay from rohtak haryana-state when i go to your canara bank branch of near balika bazar rohtak,anytime bank staff tell no network, so to be wait (like proplem found in minimum 2hour) what is this very worst of the your bank system.pls see and check the like proplem Is come not again.Here no one take any corrective action for the proplem.

    Dear Concern,

    I was attempt to withdrawal cash Rs10000/- by using HDFC ATM (nodia-63 Unicon) Date 06-09-2012 at 6:20PM but due to some problem occurred in ATM machine Amount has been received but the same amount has been debited from my saving account as mentioned above. So you are requested to look into the matter and do the needful done.

    I already have told to Mr Ramesh in Canera Bank Jahangirabad. But he didn’t give me satisfaction answer
