    Hi, This is uma, we want to renew our deposit a/c, for that reason, we sent a form signed by me and my husband & a phot copy of our deposit reposit by registered post, but now they are asking original receipt, original receipt is needed or that photo copy is enough. Why i’m asking is, if i send my originial receipt through courier, in between if missed, who will incharge?, Can you explain me what to do for this.

    I have opened a Savings Account in Erode Branch vide A/C No.05901000000591234 and when I tried to withdrawn an amount of Rs.10000/ through ATM in Syndicate Bank, Main Branch, Erode on 28/09/11 it was unsuccessful. The money has not come out. but my account was debited with Rs.10,000/-. I have lodged a complaint on 29/09/2011 to CUB, Erode but till date no response. I give below the details of transactions when I tried to withdraw Rs.10000/-

    My A/c No. 05901000000591234
    Date of OPeration: 28/09/2011 at about 09.52 a.m.
    Transaction No. 3246 (when I tried to withdraw the amount of Rs.10,000/-)

    I tried to withdrawn an amount of Rs.9000/ through ATM in CUB Bank, Bommasandara,Koramangala main branch on 05/05/12 it was unsuccessful. The money has not come out. but my account was debited with Rs.9,000/-.

    What is the minimum balance to be maintained in S.B.Account.

    Today in chinmaya Nagar branch in Chennai told me that Rs.3,000/=

    how could it posssible? My Salary is Rs.6,000/= How I kept Rs.3,000/- in my S.B.Account.

    Suppose the Rs.3,000/= is not maintained Rs.60/= bank is deducted Rs.20/= quarterly.

    sir,
    I booked e-ticket from ms to tpj 11-Aug-13 (TRANSATION ID : 0735172825). The money deducted my account but i am not received PNR no. (or) Ticket. So, kindly return back deduction to my account no : 130001000472595 – CITY UNION BANK LTD, Ashok Nagar Branch, Chennai.
