    I remitted INR 49000/- in HDFC branch code 1045; to charge HDFC forex card No.42132000 00631201; on 31st January-2011. I was informed by the bank that card will be charged in 3 to 4 hours. Now more than 30 hours are over but the card is not charged. By this time the card should have been charged for GBP 666.89 as i was informed by the HDFC bank officials.

Suman from 03366214216 number , forcing me to do the health insurance , but i refused to go for the health insurance policy , still Mr. Suman was forcing me , but i donot want to avail this health insurance .     My Credit Card no. 5523-4410-0068-2651 and using the same for the last 5-6 years. I am making the due payment regularly without any dealy. Now, I am not receiving bills for the lat one and half year. In the absence of any bill, i was maming the payment on estimated basis. Now, your Bank is demanding unnecessary charges which is illegal as I did not receive any bill for the last one and a half year. I am ready to pay the legitimate due but not the charges levied by you.

    Please look into the matter otherwise I shall be forced to take legal action against the bank.

    When I inquired about the receipt of cheque of my surrender policy as stated your below mail from local HDFC bank Gorakhpur (UP) from Mr. Sachin on telephone on 07 &08 Sep 2012 the same was transferred to Mr. Pushpesh unfortunately and could not give proper response on 07 sep 2012. When I tried again on 08 Sep 2012 about the same he started shouting and abusing not to call further here after about this query. Under such unavoidable happening I would like to inform you that why a case could not be filed in court against individual and HDFC bank for such defamation.

    Please do respond as soon as possible. Also please do inform what action is going to be taken against Mr.Pushpesh so that other customer should not face such a problem and insult as it happened with me.

    I received verification calls at the begining. No further communication has been made by HDFC people since then. I am getting frustrated everytime when the customer care says “It is in process. Some one will get u in touch within 2 days”. Is this the case all the time when new applications are made?

    I don’t understand what’s stopping HDFC people from proceeding further.

    Respected Sir /mam
    In 2009, an agent of the HDFC ‘Baguiati’ Branch, Mr.Tirthonkor Dey convinced me, Mr. Tapas Chanda and my wife Mrs.Putul Chanda to take two policies worth of Rs.1,00,000(policy number-12790595) and Rs.99,000(policy number-13117000) respectively. He also told us that it’s a one- time investment and will yield good benefits after a period of 3 Years. But in 2012, when we contacted HDFC ‘Baguiati’ branch they told us that we won’t get a single penny since we didn’t pay any instalments. But as a matter of fact we didn’t know of any instalments that had to be paid since Mr.Tirthonkor convinced us that it is a one- time investment. And now, since I am facing some financial crisis, I want to get my money back a.s.a.p. I have even contacted the HDFC Lake town Branch and HDFC Life Insurance main Branch at ‘Gariahat’, but they also said the same.So, I would greatly appreciate any help to track this issue to closure.

    HDFC bank have debited Rs. 500 from my account & retuned the cheque.

    This is not at correct thet every time they debit so many charges.

    Inspite of that they have debited rs 500 from account.

But when ever I call the C.Care they keep on telling to try after 24 Hours, though i tried to access my account only two time , i was told that it’s blocked for the day.     I have been trying to call your bank regarding the issue is am experiencing here.
    I have informed your bank representatives and the customer care both about the things that have happened.
    Let me explain to you the issue once again

    Last month someone from your bank named “RAHUL JAIN” called my home number and spoke to my parents he posed as HDFC Legal Department.
    I had a word with him later and he said that my amount was due.
    I spoke to him and expressed my displeasure about my parents being contacted about the payment.
    There have been long lasting issue with my card.
    I did not get the bills on time, did not even get the messages on time and I had to contact you all the time regarding the issue and there has been no courtesy from your bank to call me even after repeated attempts to contact you. (P.S: The Customer care logs for the same).

    Most importantly the thing happened last time when I had a word with your agent last time.
    As I was very upset with the payment call made to my parents I wanted my card payment to be settled.
    Had discussion with him and we agreed on payment of Rs 40,000 in 10 Monthly Installments.
    He took a Postdated cheque of Rs 6500 and a Cash payment of Rs 4500 from me.
    I was informed that the Rs. 4500 will be the first installment.
    I asked for the documents and I was informed that I will received the documents once the payment of total amount is done.\

    Now I am getting a call from you bank again that the Account has not been settled and I need to pay the money.
    I need to confirm here that I met the guy Rahul Jain when he came to my office for payment collection, I checked his id and all ,he is a HDFC bank Employee and now I do not understand when you commit one thing why do you not make that happen.
    I am waiting a call from your grievance and complaint department regarding the same for past 3 days and no one has called. I am very upset the way the bank has treated my issue.

    I need to further inform that if the issue is not resolved on time, I will have no choice rather to approach RBI with formal complaint regarding Duping me of the payment.

    I regret to say that, after that , my application disapproved.so i want to know why my application disapproved. ihave applied for same throuh net banking but when we going for eligiblty answer is coming that unable to processess your application due to bank internal gide lines
