    ICICI does not beleive in customer care numbers and it is impossible to reach them even through STD. I have tried all my resources to contact 9897308000 in Dehradun and also their numer 022-28307777 at Mumbai but could not get through to a representative.

    Hope someone is reading these and will try and correct.

    They should regularly try and see if they are able to connect with the customer care numbers and how much time it really takes

    My name is AMIYA KUMAR DEY card no ( 4629 5203 3023 1515 ) ICICI BANK working in G4S Banaglore I had tried and cried to slove my problem with your Banking representitve for 30 days,But your Banking people least bothered to slove my concern i have spent almost 1000 INR on phone to contact you people people are only promising ans giving assurence but the problem is stail incomplete.

    PROBLEM

    On 08/02/11 time 12 :40 ATM id : S1CW2248 withrawad Rs 6000 statatment also printed but money was missing Balance shows rs 91.32 where did my money vanish ?? We are struglling for single pie please do consider this mail and SLOVE MY PROBLEM.

    The worst customer care! they have no idea what they are doing. I applied for an online password 2 months back, I received the paassword via mail( i dont know which generation this crappy bank lives in that it requires to send the fucking password to the billing address) So after I get this non- functional password, and I use that, it doesnt fucking work! so I call on the useless customer care number, and it directs me to hundred equally useless customer care representatives. now I have to wait for another 7 days for the password to come, and then wait for the same fucking story to repeat. The password will not work, i will have to call them, abuse them, and then hear their monotonous response “Saaarry madam you cannaat do anything once you have applied for the paaasward on the phone, we cannaaaat help you” sheer bullshit. I am so going to change my bank account. Btw if you guys are so fucking concerned about the privacy why dont you come up with solutions keeping the customer in mind. If the poor customer has all the details with him/her. Right from the bank account number, debit card pin number, date of birth, mailing address, phone number, bloody everything you would need to authenticate, we can provide you that, but no you guys have to fuc our happiness and pretend that you follow “secure bullshit banking solutions”.

    Real hopeless customer service so are the services of the ICICI Bank. Absolutely disgusting. I did a biggest stupidity of my life by applying for a Demand Draft online expecting it would be delivered to me next day. The DD was required to be attached with a form for an entrance examinaton of my child which was time bound.

    Believe it or not, I applied online on 4th April, 2011 and today it is 8th of April, 2011 ( 22:47 hours ) and the Demand Draft is yet to reach me. The ICICI Branch where I hold the A/C is at Sector 18 of Noida and my residence too is few KMs away in Noida itself.

    These guys need to hang their heads in shame for being paid thick pay packets that they are virtually looting from its customers for the service that is absolutely useless. A real bunch of jokers in this competitive market of banking…….. oh give me a break !!! who cares ???

    This is to bring to your kind notice that I got a Term Deposit of Rs 20,000/- @ interest % 5.50 made from Bank of Rajasthan (South Extension Branch on 06th of November 2008).this was made for 46 days and from the date mentioned till date it has been on auto renewal. The number for the term Deposit is 66 42 100 00 166.

    I Went to the branch on 26th of November 2012 to get it auto renewed again..But to my shock I was told by one of our Executive that the Term Deposit is overdraft since March 2012 and hence no interest is being made on this Term Deposit.

    I asked the matured value on this Term Deposit but I was told that starting from Nov 2008 til Nov 2012 I will be getting Rs 101/- on this Term Deposit.

    This is very disappointing and I would request you to kindly see to it as because of your merger from Bank of Rajasthan to ICICI, the customers are facing a lot of problem.

    I have already highlighted a problem which I am facing and my parents(Senior Citizens) have lost a lot of time and money in getting themselves entered as Senior citizens..they were clearly mentioned as Senior Citizens in their FDS receipt but all thanks to your merger, your kind staff failed to notice that.

    I would appreciate an early reply from your side.

    One of the hopeless service provide by ICICI bank to customer. I have lodge the compliant ( No.249395579 ) since last 04 month. But it is very shameful to say that till time no feed back from your side. Because of the same I have close my FDR / Salary / Saving accounts form your bank.

    On dated 23-05-2013 Transaction Credit 59,000/- thereafter 27-05-2013 transaction reversed. in that case i contacted customer care for reversal reason of this transaction. thereafter my account freeze.

    very very bad service… now i call customer care they unable to identity reason of freezing..

In spite of our continued follow up with the ICICI Sharanpur Road Branch , we feel the bank has not any action or follow up with a/c holder to recover the amount. As the sufficient period has been lapsed, ICICI Bank Sharanpur Road Branch is not responding positively nor attending phone calls .
