resp sir ,
we have opened the sb a/c on basis of minimum balance a/c 0f rupees 500.00 for the purpose of keeping the F D in u r pandharpur branch on 24/09/07 we haVE also kept 1 lac in the F D on 26 /9/2007 We have also deposited rs.100 on 7/12/07 ,rs .100 on 08/08//08 rs 50 on 04/03/09 in sb a/c to keep the a/cin operation .mean while we tried to get the passbook printed from bank but due to non availability of electric power bank cant give us printing on pass book when it is got printed, it is seen that the bal. of rs.776.00 in sb a/c has been deducted on a/c of minimum balance charges . when querried the bank officer told that u r a/c is of min. bal. of rs 2500 bank has not intimated us that our bank a/c is of rs 2500.00 min bal. a/c . we have given in written to the bank to that effect but there is no responce as yet. we feel that the bank has decieved us. this is braught to u r kind notice . please do the needful & credit the amount of rs.776.00 wich is deducted as mini balance charges in the same a/c and activate the said a/c at an early date & oblige……….

Dear Sir / Madam,
I have received a cheque from a customer who has written the date and year in numbers but the month in words i.e 24 / Aprl /2011, that too with a spelling mistake i.e. Aprl instead of april. Will the cheque be honoured or not Sir? (Its a idbi bank cheque)
Applied for the home loan of Rs. 1200000.00 and subbmitted all the required documents along with the processing charges of Rs.2500.00 vide SBI cheque no. 602015 on June 2012 as needed.The process carried for 2-3 weeks with the IDBI Bank, Garia Br., after 2-3 weeks of regular follow up with IDBI,finally got a call regarding the Sanction/approval of my loan of Rs. 1200000.00. Smt. Megha Agarwal has confirmed about sanctioning the loan amount but Sri Khurana has told me over phone that he will not give sanction letter due to non availability of another bank account.
Now i am not in position to obey due to such unpleasant reply from the bank. delays in sanction or non-observance of prescribed time schedule for disposal of loan application or non observance of any other directions or instructions of the Reserve Bank, etc. and (c). Other matters as may be specified by the Reserve Bank. Ombudsman would make recommendations after listening to both parties. The scheme is applicable to all scheduled commercial banks having business in India.
Really not at all appreciate such a way the IDBI Bank, Garia Br. personnels treat the customer just to gather the processing fees.
Asked the personnel to return the original subbmited papers and that too is taken allready a month and still not returned. So, i am subbmitting this grievance hope to get some positive feed back and my original papers along with processing fees soon or surely have to seek legal government help to sort such nonsence.
