    I purchased IFB MICROWAVE oven in August 2009 from VIJAY sales. After 14 months its microwave function stopped working. when I called for mechanic of IFB company he opened microwave oven in front of me & checked its fusebulb which was seen burnt. He immediately packed the set and told me that MONOTONE part has to be replaced for which I have to pay Rs1800.He then left my home promising to come on next day to change the part .After he left, I purchased the fuse bulb from market for RS five only and replaced it in place of the burnt fuse and microwave started working properly.
    Hereby I want to complain you that mechanics that work for IFB microwave company are looting the customers. Henceforth , either increase their payments or discipline them in proper manner.

    Sir, I have purchased a micro wave oven convection 22DGBC1 fromsargam electronics,vikaspuri on 26/12/2010.Your rep came to my residence for demo on 28/12 found the oven body damage and informed to make complaint for replacement. Necessary complaint made on 29/12/10 to your office and accordingly replacement was made on 1/1/2011at 0730 am vide invoice no.4336100703 invoice date 30-12-2010 sale order no.2885834,cellan no 2000620821 po no.7042 The overn is in packed condtion,neither any intimation nor any rep visited and i am fed up with your service. How much time i have to wait to utilise this item and whether i have to make further correspondence with any one or otherwise may be intimated in detail so that i take further follow up action to utilise the item purchased by paying money on 26/12/2010.

    Dear Sir,
    I have purchased a Micro Wave Oven Convection 22DGBC1 on 26/12/10 from M/S Sargam Electronics Vikaspuri. Your rep came on 28/12/10 for installation/demo, on opening the oven he found body damage and accordingly informed me to make a complaint for replacement. Immediately I have made compliant to Sargam electronics and to your office. It was replaced on 1/1/2011 FN vide invoice no.4336100703 invoice date 30.12.2010 sale order no.2885834, chellan no.2000620821 dated 30/12/2010 and PO No.7042. The oven is in packed condition neither the trader nor your office makes further action to detail rep for installation/demo. I don’t know such big firms how you are watching follow up action of such small legitimate rights of customers. I request you to make necessary imdt arrangement for installation/demo as I have no time to make correspondence/contact in this regard. Hope you will do your service with due sprit.

    verrey 2 poor service nothing in dis company i can approach my dealer very times but they boder abt my complaint last 2 weeeeks a person can come from de company nd say da pcb s damage last 6 months a pcb can change but my microwave do not work properly its very hurting a vry gud company but not a gud service my dealer cant hear myty voice how 2 chnge de microwave its very bad company no one can relale on dis company

    I have bought a IFB microwave Oven in Dec-10. iam trying the toll free number continously and also earlier i registered a call for demo. but rep has reached after 10 to 15 days and at that time im not available there. Still i want demo in Shimla and also after reset while cooking option, microwave is still running instead the motor has to be switched off that time.

    I owned the IFB oven 3years back. Some problem in micro was found just after one yr. but after that Itransfered to vijayawada, here I got the service station recently where the technician briefed the problem in transformer which will cost Rs.2000.00.     jamshedpur.one rep.of company came to my residence for demo..but sorry,that time power was not available.we requested to come once again for the demo. since we are very new for the micro wave oven..we are frequently approaching for demo but neither they came nor they gave us manual book of oven which is essential.may i hope that my problem will solve by you.

    I had purchased a IFB model 30sc1 microwave oven which is coverd under AMC also. I incurred an expense of around Rs.4000 towards AMC and accessories. I have problems with the rotary control knob with power switch. It was attended by M/s.Aruna care after several phone calls. Normally they don’t attend phone calls. The problem is not rectified and they fail to send service engineers and I had gone personally to report my complaint. But they fail to send the concerned technician and rectify the fault. I am worried over this loss and disappointed by this indifferent attitude of so called IFB care. My latest complaint no. 9512578. My mobile no.9884063858. Will the authorities look into the plight and initiate immediete action?

    I have purchased a 20ltr IFB microwave on 14.11.2012 and the serviceman came for demo on 18.11.2012. when he opened the sealed oven and try to connect with power supply it was not displayed anything. The serviceman tried and failed to switch on the machine and he took the complain in the service paper and told that it will be replaced within 48 hours but till 24.11.2012 it was not been replaced after calling several time to customer care. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
