    All illliterates am sorry, but its just my frustration. The DFX-7100 ONIDA DVD player is said to be Region Free but it is not and neither Customer Relation know to make it region free nor is there any toll free no. for Onida Customer care.
    Anyone there to reply my mail or atleast read this comment.

    Dear sir,

    this is to inform u that i had purchase your Onida 21 oxygen 21200 W tv. and had extended work contract with your service centre valid upto 2012.

    i complained for my tv not working vide complaint docket no.10112436381453 dtd.12-11-10 and was told that by evening engineer will come but nobody came. so called up your phone no.39889000/28764605 on 13-11-2010 and were told that Mr.Anil, engineer will come but nobody came so again called up that time we were told Mr.Razak engineer will come before 6pm but nobody came and thereafter calling your service centre phone no.28764605 but nobody picked up the phone. the mobile no.9619130953/9324721942of the service I/c.given was ringing but nobody picked up the phone. is this type of service given by your authorised service centre. and how many times v have to call your complaint no.39889000 who does not know when,who n what time anybody is coming ?? is this way onida harassing to their customers.if they are not interested to give the service then why making contracts underr the name of onida authorised service centre? is onida also supporting this type of irresponsible service centre. i want your reply for my further action?ALSO GIVE ME THE MOBILE NO OF THE OWNER OF P.S. ELECTRONICS AS I WANT TO TALK TO THEM ALSO.

    Myself RTAN PRAKASH PUSHKARNA customer of ur company owner of the onida tv 14″ TVE Gold serial no 0451 has taken the extended warranty from ADONIS ELECTRONICFS P.LTD upto 2012 i have been repeatedly complaining about my tv fault but the technician from this co doesnt turn in time they just go on giving dates and time their service is horrible and harassing us and also they are spoiling your brand ONIDAS name also .The technician Mr. Mahesh was suppose to come on my recent comoplaint done on the 16th of nov. my comp. no is 10112436381899 and till date no one is turned up.I spoke to the senior person Mr. Imran also on his cell no. 9324721942 he also just gives dates this kind of service is rediculous and not acceptable from your reputed company please help me out for this whts the use when i cannot see the tv whts the use of purchasing from your company if this continues i will have to take the help of the consumer forum so please take some action against this ADONIS ELECTRONICS P.LTD. i want results please or i will have to take the further step . I am sorry to say that waiting at the earliest.

    Dear Sir,

    During my visit to your Authorised service centre office, I had expressed about the problem on my TV. They accordingly deputed Mr. Kishore Bhade, Technician, who visited on 15/06/2010 and after attending to the TV, has suggested for chassis conversion as the one fitted in the TV is not feasible for repair.

    As advised, I got the chassis conversion done with a warranty for three years at a cost of Rs 1590/- paid vide Receipt No.1056 dated 15/06/2010.

    With regret, it is to inform that the speaker of the TV after this conversion was found not working. On complain, your above technician visited and promised for replacement of speaker.

    However, till such time of replacement of the speaker, he made temporary arrangement by connecting the cord to the speaker of my music system.

    It is not more than 5 months past, and even after my repeated reminders and follow up, the replacement of the speaker has not been done.

    You are now requested to look into the matter for an early action for immediate replacement of the speaker.

    Looking forward to your prompt action.

    Hello! This is Reshma Anjum from Tumkur, Karnataka. This is to inform you that we have Ondia KY Thunder Television from last 7 to 8 years. But 2 months back by miss handling the volume control has been locked to 6 only. More than 6 the volume is not rising. I am complaining M/s Jayaganga Appliances, the Authorised Dealers for Onida in Tumkur. But since from 2 months they are not attending the work. Once an Engineer came and said that he needs the original Remote Control to release the lock on but he has not brought on that particular day and he will bring the very next day. But till today he has not came. I have registered the complaint in the above mentioned firm where we bought the Television. So please do call to them and help us to relieve from our complaint.     it’s been a month I lodged the complaint in onida coustomer care centre. I’m not satisfied with the service given by your company.
    your technician came 2 my house took the effected part of my TV took the charges and disappeared neither he is receiving my call nor coustomer care centre is helping me.
    I hope this complaint will help me in some or the other way.

    my onida tv (ultra Slim model 21″”)purchased in 2010 and now under extended warranty upto 2014. TV was faulty for the last one month. Only sound coming but no display. I have already registered complaint with onida service centre kannur(Kerala) . Fault was attended but still not rectified.
