    Hi..
    I am Hari Krishna R/o Saidabad, Hyderabad. I went to open a account in SBH on 14-03-2011, when I asked the employee for opening an account he didn’t replied any thing third time he replied come in next month, I said sir I am roaming to bank from last one week. Then he said go and open in the other banks in very rude manner. I decided to complain to manager of the bank. I went to his cabin he was not their I waited for manager in his cabin the same person who I came to complained, was the manager itself I was shocked and I thought whom should I complain now. I again politely asked the manager about the opening the account, he replied I said you na go and open in another bank there is no staff I can’t do anything. And he was shouting at me. Is that the way the manager of the bank should behave.
    From last one week I was roaming to the bank to open the new account. I went on these days 05 sat /07 mon /11 fri /14mon – 03 -2011. They told staff member is in leave come on Monday I asked them the form and details they said no form nothing everything on Monday, I went on Monday 07 they said the employee is in leave he may cum on Friday, again I went on Friday, again they said to cum on Monday and I met with the manager and with his rude behavior. He was talking like I was his servant not the customer. If the bank managers are like that how the bank will be just imagine. Being an educated person I faced so many problems. Imagine how illiterate and old age people will be. today they lost one customer dontknow daily howmany customer they are loosing
    I hope senior authority of SBH will look in to this matter and take required action to improve the customer service in the Gov banks. Or I think there is no responsible officer in SBH (STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD. ANDHRA PRADESH).

    I have an account with SBH IDPL COlony branch.On 30-03-2011 wanted to withdraw Rs.!5000/- from my SB a/c.I enetered the amount at SBH ATM located opp. IDPL Colony and I got response “Not able to process”.I thought that thre is no cash.
    I went to Anadhra bank ATM locted Opp.IDPL Colony on 1-04-2011 and withdrawn Rs.10,000/-
    As per reciept Rs.15000/- debited to my account on 30-3-2011.

    I want concrned officail to correct this and credit back Rs.15000/-

Using the internet bankig when I make 3rd party transfer I do not receive High Security Transaction Password through SMS on my mobile, while I receive SMS alerts for other services such as bill payments etc. When I called the customer care number provided on the bank’s site I was informed by the attendant that the number I called is of SBI and I should call SBH. He gave me the toll free number of SBH to which I can not call from abroad. Please assist me in resolving this issue. Thanks.

    I’ve seen your today’s i.e 4 April,2012 newspaper asvertisement in Deccan Chronicle stating that “*Get interest @10.70% for senior citizens and 10.20% for others on fresh 70 weeks deposit made on april 4 & 5 only.”As i don’t have an account in your bank they didnot allow me the deposition of this scheme.
    I don’t want to open an account in your bank as I already have my account in other banks.kindly look into this matter and suggest me the ways,if there are any,in getting the depositon of this without opening the account.

    I have a 20 years old SBH a/c # 52003558080 and was never this upset with the facilities.
    Since last 1 month I am trying to open a online Fixed Deposit a/c, however I get an error message that the KYC information needs to be updated and for the same I have to visit the bank.

    I went to the Khairatabad SBH branch almost 8 times in this month and they have updated my record with regards to KYC information 4 times, however I am still unable to open a FD a/c for the same reason and I was asked by Mr. Mukundh ( deputy Manager ) to call customer service.

    > N, Satyanarayana 879 028 5858 ( is switched off or either busy )
    > @ 080-265-999-90 I happen to spk with a customer care executive named Naushad, whr even after I have asked for manager he did not transfer my call and latter ended the call by giving another # ( 1800-425-3888 ) to call whr again thrs no response.

    Request you to kindly look into it.
    Please do let me know if I have to do anything from my end.

    on 12th june I have withdrawn an amount of rs, 10,000/- from atm at maredpally, secunderabad
    but after veryfing i came to know that there was two withdrawls from my account under the same transction number, when i approached with a written statement the staff at medchal branch were not accepting the complaint intially after an argument they took the written complaint. I have approaced the customer care through phone and got an complaint number
    which being AT2066691134 and on 27 th june they informed me that they have closed the complaint and asked the branch to remit the amount in my account so far even to this movement they have not remitted the said amount .     For the service I installed the application and MBSREG msg sent to 9223440000.
    Reply answer also came with user id and pin.
    After that I have given written application many times to activate the service to respected branch jewargi. But the staff doesn’t responding..
    Plz suggest me further procedure to use service.

    Sir, Iam Bhanudas S. Narwade an account holder 62008281888 SBH DEGLOOR Dist Nanded,applied for home loan of Rs 20 lakh in last weak of May2012 and submitted all neccessory said documents on 6 th june2012. The file is send to regional office Nanded for sanction. but upto the loan is not sanctioned. The officers from branch and regional office nanded says the lack of employs in the banks and delying to sanction .One officer “Saurab”from regional office Nanded lost my documents and call for another docunments on 21st Sep. even then the loan is not sanctioned
    Sir, delaying is the denie? now a days for construction of home two to three months are reqired and to sanction the home loan your bank requires how many months?

    Myself shilpa,regular user of SBH.I have withdrawal amoun t of 10,000 four times but 2nd transaction get failed showing message on receipt that request not serviced but amount got deducted.this transaction was done on 13/07/2012 time 14:40.I did complaint in my home branch but after 2 month they are saying you got money at the time of transaction.Now its being a 3rd month that i didnot get any help from the bank,so please look into the matter & do the needful.

    sir, This is k.ramesh SB A/C holder of SBH AdarshNagar Branch with A/C NO 62000702939 unfortunately i forgetten my ATM PIN No ,Then i approched the Branch for new PIN on 4/10/2012 But the concerned Officials didnt give much information and lastly Ms mistra ,Asst Manager took my phone number and ATM card Number .she told me that i will send the request and it will take 15 days for new pin number.On 17/10/2012 i went to branch for collecting the ATM pin,She told me that you have to again request for new ATM card with PIN number i shocked and suffered much during this period . from 4/10/2012 to 17/10/2012 the bank officials didnt give any message or call to me and again she is shouting why should we phone to you ……. iam sorry to say the customer relations are not maintained properly. so,please do needful me to get new ATM card with PIN as early as possible

I gave written complaint to Branch maneger and he said that my money was bill desk by online shoping by using my creadit card number. But sir i did not give my ATM card number or My pin Number to any one.Sir I saved that money for my 2 year old sons health purpose. Please help in this reagurds and save me in this matter and try to bring back my money. sir i am a private teacher four years onwards i saved little little amount and i saved in bank that amount now this was happned. Please help me on this and please help and try to take the nessary actions in this complaint which is required to bring back money to my account.

    I changed my mobile number. So i submitted internet banking form twice to change mobile number from old to new. And i went to SBH bank more than 4 times. They are saying that the number is changed to new. but still – while accessing the site it is showing old number only. because of this i am unable to do further transactions. Very poor service. I am very much frustrated about this.

    No one is saying further process regarding this. Pls help me

    I am a freelancer . I usually get paid into my moneybookers account. I requested a withdrawl of sum rs. 2225/ From my moneybookers account to my sbi account . But I only received half of the amount I.E rs. 1088 . Moneybookers have made it clear that they have deposited the full amount .
