    I have a complain regarding SBI Rura Branch code- 2605 because of I have my account is this branch but behavior of overall staff even peon is not satisfied to me its not new problem but in past also I faced lots of problem which was created by branch staff.

    I just start work in Lucknow so I donot have my account in Lucknow so my company provided me multi cities check payable at all CBS Branch from OBC Lko so I went to Rura branch for depositing this check but I ask to everyone in bank they told me it will take time to transferring money to your account and it will take time like 25-30 days and you have to open account in Kanpur or Lucknow where you can get money in 3 days because of here is very long process.

    So please clarify it if I depositing my check(which is from OBC and payable at all CBS branch) in SBI RURA then it will really take time or not.

    If not then I have to complain to RBI.

    Please do suggest me.

    On 02nd March 2012 Friday, i tried to with draw money from Bank of
    Maharashtra ATM in Karve Nagar, pune, around 19:46 , My account is with
    State Bank of Hyderabad, Rajapeth Branch, Amravati.
    My Account no is 00000062047128153. In ATM i received a receipt stating
    that “Sorry Unable to process”. so i came back and tried in ICICI bank ATM
    karve nagar around 19:50 even i received the message stating same “Unable
    to Process” I didnt receive the receipt for that transaction.when i came
    back and tried in SBI ATM and checked for balance inquiry the Money has
    been debited by 2200/-. transactions were made on 02 March but account
    e-statement is displayed transactions on 02 March. transactions were made
    only twice, once in Bank of Maharashtra and ICICI ,but my transactions
    according to statement,money deducted is 2200/-. please do the needful As
    soon as possible .

    I have a complain regarding SBI :SAMTA CHAR RASTA”branch because of I have my and my father account is this branch but behavior of overall staff even Branch manager is not satisfied to me its not new problem but in past also I faced lots of problem which was created by branch staff.

    on 19th june 2012 tuesday i was tired to with draw the money from state bank of india. my father wrote a cheque of rs 20000 order to pay. Cashier told me please write behind the cheque your account number. i was request to accountant. my account in your branch please give me a account number he told me to talk to branch manager. But both are not provide me my account number. he tell me i don’t have time to stupid question. Accountant are used to very rubbish language. Last four to five times my father with draw money accountant are used very rubbish language. Overall staff behavior are not to satisfied.

    Dear Sir,
    I sent a request to get a cheque book for me as I started working at Delhi and my wife is travelling to Delhi on 18th Oct.
    She went to the branch on 16th and they requested authorisation from me by mail. She met the “so called manager” too and he was too arrogant in talking. I send the following mail for this. On 17th again she went there and they raised a new reason that my signature is not there in the authoristaion.
    My wife is an employee at Govt Secretariate, just opposite the bank and has a ID too. Still cheque book is not issued.
    I am now working at Delhi with Ministry of Health & FW and my salary started crediting to this account under HLL Lifecare TVM. I am totally unsatisfied by the attitude of Bank officials and if no action is taken from your end I will be forced to close the account due to the arrogant behaviour of your staff.

Finally After so many attempts i thought it was of SBI New application to ensure better security. So i did entered My CARD NO and PIN NO, and continued with my work…

    Sub : tds deducted on TDR and not credited
    Interest for 1 month on 5 lacks not credited.

    I have opend TDR for 3 lacks on2.11.2012 and 2 lacs on 07.08.2012 at SBI RCPuram branch
    IFSC code 10689. After submitting the Pancard and Form 15G every month deducting TDS and crediting next month date.

    1. For January on 3 lacks TDS deducted Rs. 211/- and not reversed and many times I asked
    the bank people but their reply is you can not able to get either credit or tds certificate.

    2. Being this I closed both the accounts on 27.02.2013. AT the time of closing they are
    reversed full amount of 5 lacks, after deducting int. penality Rs. 1549/- and credited 4,98,451/- only. Also the int.on 3 lacks for Feb 2013- 27 days 1884.03 and on 2 lacks RS.1000.85
    not credited till date.

    Many times we are apporaching bank officials but they are not giving correct reply.
    In this regard I made a complant vide No.FD106897898873 on 6.03.2013 and when I apprached the bank officials till date noting is done.

    Hence I request your goodself to kindly see my problem.

    Hi Team,

    Recently i had a transaction(on 12th Mar 2013) for the amount of 10,000 Rs. I have to transfer money to canara bank credit card account. I chose the credit card bill pay option instead of interbanking option.

    Hence money deducted from my account and not transferd to destination account.
    I called to customer care and logged a complaint(OB999227977640) on 14th Mar 2013. After 2 days simply they closed the complaint and told me to contact my home branch.

    Right now i am not staying in my home branch CITY. If i call to Home branch no body is picking my call.

    I Pooja Vishwakarma i visited your MIDC brach of Andheri East for A/C opening there was one lady her surname was Menon she behaved like ill iterated people. i asked her in a polite manner that what document will be required for A/C opening her reply was very rude ” Board pe dhekh lo na likha hai dhikhai nahi deta kya”. I was so surprised that being a govt employee how she can talk like this and she is in customer service sector she needs to know how to talk with the customer.
    again i asked her Madam “chart pe dono side POI aur POI hi likha hai”….
    She replied “printing mistake hai, ab pata chal gaya na padh lo”

    I told her see these all are the documents i have which you required for a/c opening please tell me, i will take a copy of this and i will give it to you.

    She replied with her rude attitude ” Ek baar bola na udhar se docs list dhekh lo nahi hoga aapka a/c open chalo jaao.

    After i replied just call your senior she refused to call, i asked whats your name she refused to give her name too from her ID i come to know her surname that its “Menon”

    After some time one gentle men come name Mr. kukarni he helped me with the a/c opening with the same docs heartily appreciated.

    But i seriously wanted to launch the complain against her because she was very rude to me as well as all the other customer each and every one was complaining about her. She needs to pay for this how can she behave like this? If she don’t want to work just tell her to left, tell her to resign.

    And i don’t want to see her face too ” Pannotti jaisi hai”

    and i will highlight this case to high level.

    Dear Sir,
    I have gone to SBI Kodungallur 10563 branch to make an RTG’s payment to my company.
    I reached there at about 12.30pm and asked a form from a staff( She is new there) to fill and I stood in the queue. When it was about 12.50, she closed the counter and went out as she wants to go somewhere. When I asked, she shouted as if she was about to kill everyone standing in queue.So I was unable to make the payment today and that affects my dealings with my company. So when I approached he branch manager she gave a cold response, a kind of sleepy one. I have been banking though this branch since it was started.
    This was today’s thing.The same has been going on for many days..cancelling everyones payments, asking unnecessary things..as if she wants to close down that branch. Operations become worse when new staffs and branch manager was appointed.The same problem persists with all those who banks through the above said branch. This showed why the businessmen choose private banks.
    If not redressed, I will go with the complaint to Nodal officer.

    I would like to bri g your kind notice that i (gorakala.vijaya) am an u/m daughter of late sri.kurmayya who was retired from katihar division of NF railway as driver.His pension account was with SBI/BARUVA/ dt.srikakulam of AP.but he expired in the year 2011.infact my name was not in his pension book.hence,i contactd katihar division.they told that original book has to come from sbi so that they can include my name.in this issue they sent a letter to sbi/baruva.but i met branch manager of sbi/baruva,replied that he did not receive such letter.then i submitted my copy which was given to me from katihar.
    you are here by requested to look into the matter and early acton will be very great help for me.

    I am NRI stay in Gulf Country. In Month of March 2013, i opened a NRI account in STATE BANK OF INDIA in chintal Branch of HYDERABAD(A.P). It is a newly opened branched. So, Branch Manager given me pass book, Internet Login and Password. Informed Me remaining details like ATM card, Online transaction password will be delivered through postal service.

    But it has not happened till Now. I repeatedly approach Branch and Branch Manager over phone. I got reply stating Manager was been has been shifted. They going to check with him and inform me according.

    I cannot able to get proper response from them. Request you to suggest me on this.

    dear sir
    i tried to withdraw a sum of 2000/- from manaskamnanath chowk atm nathnagar on 16th august at 01:21:31pm. but i didn`t get any rupees. i tried again to withdraw this sum. but result disappointed me. i didn`t get any sum of rupees.then after i received a messege on my mobile that to deduct 13000/- on same date.
    i complained it at rannuchak branch. but result is nothing. i complained on sbi toll free number. but i didn`t get any responsible answer. please consider my problem at soon and to take an action about my
    problem.
