      you guys are cheaters……..please dont buy videocon ac , they are big cheaters all the customer xare excutives are lier… commitment, they dont answer calls, diff excuse, i am being patient since one month … being a videocon customer i just write this post only i am helpless…..all are cheaters….

    Very poor service. Before purchasing when i called customer care, they said that they repair ac within 48 hours anywhere in India but to my shock they closed my complain WITHOUT even contacting me by phone or reaching my home.

    I had purchased a 14 inch flat CTV (Model –VKS 14SBA CUS & CL No-890511010163619951) form Sound & vision at 54A Talapark Avenue Kolkata-700037 at Paikpara (Contact-2556-7750) dated -20/12/2011 with invoice no-564 on named Satish Kumar Shaw mentioned addressed 10/7 Raja Manindra Road Kolkata-700037.
    Few days ago I had issue regarding on my television actually It was not started properly that’s why I immediately called Sound & Vision for solution and he called one of a executive from customer care department and they immediately got into the service and they took one of a internal part of my television for repairing at 19.5.2012. They committed me regarding delivery on 21.5.2012 but till today they don’t delivered the material.
    I was calling few contacts to track the actual situation on 9831150836 & 9163163700 to Mr. Pradeep Bhattacharya but every day even till day he is giving me false commitments even they did not give me any reference no to track the situation. Its means there is no way to get the correct information
    Please help me to get the solutions & please do immediately otherwise I have knocked the door of consumer forum for sure

    I had unfortunately purchased a Videocon Split A/C 1.5 T in Apr 2010 from Sadana Electronics Lucknow..
    After a little over 1 year the cooling completely stopped in July 2011. I lodged a complaint and the service centre person came and took it away to the service centre for repair and charged me 2550/- . However the same problem arised after 2 days of the initial repair for which they again took away the outer and inner units separately and again billed me for 2550/- ( they said they are changing some tubes both the times and charged me 2550/- each time totaling 5100/-).
    This year 15 days ago the cooling again stopped and again on my complaint the service engineer came and very conveniently said that the same problem has again arrived and gave me a rough estimate of 3000/- before charging 350/- as the visiting charge. NOW… the question in totality is whether the Videocon AC as a product is a failure so that within two years I have to spend over 8000/- and still after just 2 years it again is not working or the Service centre is highly incompetent that they are not able to fix a problem , as the same problem arises 2 times in a span of 1 week last year and again this year and each time Iam supposed to pay for that. Just imagine I have to pay as repair over 30% of the cost of my new AC in 26 months of buying it and bear all the inconvenience and hassles associated with it.
    On top of this I am also at the receiving end of the highly unprofessional behavior of the service centre staff who never came at their committed date , leave alone time, and I have to follow up to them with various phone calls and on top of that they have closed my service call without any kind of help and repair.
    I am fed up of this poor service and the poor quality of this brand new A/C and I curse the day when I bought an Videocon product

    I purchased Videocon 1.5 tonne split AC on 20/3/2012 from Plaza Vision Bhubaneswar, Bill# 4534, Model# VTS 55CDE1, Sl# 310410510121600160. Till date no representative from Videocon came to my house to explain the functionality, also there are few free service for the AC during the first year, I am not sure whether I will get it or not.

    Can anyone kindly look into it and let me know what I need to do to make a Videocon representative come to my home for free service and explain the remote functionality.

    I got serviced my videocon AC(Gas filling) on 6th june,2012 via bill no.463 of amount 2100/-
    The engineer gave warranty of a season. Now the gas has leaked and after filling a complaint they are not servicing it.They closed my earlier request no. DEL2107120412 without repairing the AC and hv now registered a new SR no.DEL2507120056. And also asking for Rs500 service charge.
    Videocon AC servicing is very bad and their products are also not good.

    Ihad puchase a split A.C. Hundai 1.5 ton ModelHy553 S.No. out door 350311510542-100346 and Indoor 350311510542100507 on dated 18-03-2012 from Shri adinath furniture kota jn Rajasthan Bill No.2877 till date it is always creating problem . water is driping in room I have made several time complain through custermer care but after attending the problem is not rectified . It is not Instaled properly. I am very fed is it my big mistake to purchage hundai ac. I am not satisfied of the service .The engineer said that the dropping of water is due to the moisture. but another company A.C. fitted in my office is not such type of problem. please rectfy my problem.

    I m TOTALLY DISSATISFIED frm videocon ac. I bought it a month ago n used it gor 5 days.on 5 th day it stopped workin.mechanic told its fan plate has broken n wires hve got can it be..that in 5 day duration itS fan plate broke.inspite of the fact that the outside ac machine is out if our reach.??? N now they r demanding lot if MONEY to get it repair ….service is also very bad…they dnt tell u any reason..

    Date of purchase: 21.08.2012

    Those AC’s are in under warranty period……

    As per our request for ac not working, I got complaint id (MUM130310306)
    from customer care.

    We are facing unacceptable behavior from service man who visited at site for
    AC repairing Mr. Adil (8879881413). He literally try to broke high security
    zone on site which is in BKC(our site) saying security person and our
    technician to I could not allow anyone to check & show my tools &
    accessories which is with him. He was saying that if you want to servicing
    your AC, allow me into the premises without checking by security otherwise I
    am going back to office.

    Is this kind of your service providing to customer in the attitude.

    We want our service within Two days. It’s on High Priority as we required AC
    during our operations. So kindly take action against this mail or give me
    reply with Videocon can’t provide service to customer.

    Kindly look into this matter seriously.

    I have purchased Videocon AC VS5F3.WV1
    My AC is in warranty period, I have reinstall the AC from videocon company engineer.
    After reinstallation 3 days all the GAS are removed due to lose connection of pipe by videocon company engineer.
    I have complain at 20-04-2013 for refill the GAS as my ac as it is in warranty period and it’s a mistake of videocon company engineer.
    At 21-04-2013 your engineer comes and goes with my original purchase bill with him.
    He tell that after few date GAS will be filled by videocon company engineer, but till this date no call or any inquiry from your department for my complain.

    As complain should be resolve within 48hours said by videocon company customer executive.
    but till this date no service is done.
    i feel that purchse of videocon AC is the biggest mistake of my life……………..!
